Kavaca matte paint protection film is an 8mm thick polyurethane self-healing film applied to painted surfaces of a new or used matte colored car in order to protect the paint from rock chip impact and other road debris. Kavaca Matte clear bra is the answer! On factory matte painted cars, once you scratch a panel, you need to repaint the whole panel or multiple panels to color match. You are also unable to polish out any scratches on matte cars. For these reasons, we recommend applying a matte PPF to the painted surfaces of high impact or the whole car. Kavaca matte PPF is a thick and scratch resistance film that will prevent damage to the paint underneath. It's healing properties will heal out minor scratches and dings. If you manage to scratch a panel protected with KAVACA Matte Finish PPF beyond self-healing with heat, you simply have that panel of PPF removed and replaced and you’re good to go. Covered defects include: yellowing, staining, cracking, blistering and delaminating. We offer a complimentary 2 week inspection after purchase to ensure edges and PPF adheres properly to the paint.
Does Kavaca clear bra film wrap over the edges on every install?
With Matte PPF it is imperative that you wrap edges where possible especially when doing a gloss to satin conversion. We wrap edges where possible on every clear bra install we do. Why? It just looks better and provides you with the most seamless install possible. We utilize Core cutting software and state of the art machinery to extend edges and give us that bulk custom clear bra look without cutting on or into the paint. We do not wrap or recommend to wrap certain edges that are prone to failure long term. For exact edges prone to failure on your specific car please contact us to discuss the details.

Does Kavaca matte clear bra come with ceramic coating?
Yes, Kavaca matte clear bra PPF comes with a ceramic coating infused within the film. However, we still recommend applying Ceramic Pro coating in addition to this. For this reason, we offer complimentary Ceramic Pro ceramic coating application on the areas you get paint protection film installed with us.
